HUDSON ENTERTAINMENT AND SYNTAX DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCE EXCLUSIVE MOBILE MUSIC DEAL
Publisher to Bring The Labels Top Contemporary Christian Rock, Gospel and Hip Hop Artists To Mobile Phones

Redwood Shores, Calif – October 18, 2007 – Continuing its practice of bringing all genres of popular music to the mobile market, Hudson Entertainment announced today an exclusive deal with Syntax Distribution to distribute ringtones, ringbacks, full-length tracks and videos from the label’s hottest contemporary Christian Rock, Gospel and Hip Hop artists. The products will be available for mobile phones later this year.

“Our partnership with Syntax is an important step in reaching our goal of offering the largest and most varied catalog of mobile music available today,” said John Greiner, President and CEO of Hudson Entertainment. “Syntax has a strong catalog of top Rock and Christian Hip Hop music—a market that has not been catered to by other mobile music providers.”

Some of the great artists included in this deal between Syntax and Hudson include P.O.D., Juanita Bynum, Phil Keaggy, LA Symphony, Guardian, Tammy Trent, Kevin Max (of DC Talk), Tourniquet, Micah Stampley, Resurrection Band, Michael Sweet (of Stryper), Joanne Cash (Johnny Cash's Sister) , Randy Stonehill, Dino, Bloodgood, Jerusalem, Glenn Kaiser, Angie Winans, Clay Crosse, Mr. Del (formerly of Three 6 Mafia), Corey Red & Presice Soul P.

An independent record label with a highly successful artist catalog, Syntax Distribution offers a variety of genres including Christian Rock, Gospel, and Hip Hop. Some of the labels top artists include Def Shepard, MaxOne, RedCloud, Sackcloth Fashion, Sam Hart, Shane Newville, Kaboose, DJ Wise, DJ Promote, Tommy Percival and many more. Syntax Distribution’s artists and music have been featured in many top Hollywood movies and TV shows since the company began in 1997.

The announcement of this latest partnership continues the long line of recent key mobile music deals for Hudson, the North American publishing arm of Hudson Soft.
